Gazebo, pimple gurav
Best known for its sizzlers, this is a pure vegetarian restaurant on the Nashik BRTS road, pimple gurav. For hubby's birthday, we planned to visit Gazebo. No pre booking required. A security personnel assisted us in parking our car and then we were led to the restaurant. It had quite a few vacant tables at around 8.30pm on a Friday night, which got completely packed by around 9.30pm
We were offered a table of our choice and also a baby seat for our infant. To start with, we ordered tomato soup which was sweeter than expected while the man how soup was tasty. Starters were good too. Then we ordered for a sizzler and the spoiler game started. We placed order for sizzler and main course together but requested them to serve the main course after we are done with the sizzler.
The sizzler was served , but the manchurian balls were a little burnt so requested for a replacement. While this dish was being replaced another waiter came with the main course. We told him to get it later when we finish the sizzler.
The sizzler was served and eventually we requested for the main course to be served. The paneer and the dal was good, but to our unpleasant surprise, the breads were served from half an hour back. When we refused to accept the main course while our sizzler was being replaced, they kept the same breads and served them later when we requested for the main course to be served. The manager was partially aware of what was going on, but didn't really bother to take any action.
Finally we ordered for a sizzling chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream which was a heart winner.
